Our gin is handcrafted in Tasmania to deliver the best that the Island State has to offer. It is finely distilled to create a premium spirit in the London Dry tradition.

After distillation, it is aged in French oak barrels that previously contained Tasmanian Shiraz red wine. The process subtly enhances the spirit by imparting both oak and red wine characteristics over a carefully managed ageing period.

The end result is a uniquely Tasmanian, uniquely flavoured, uniquely coloured, ultra-premium gin.

Beautifully presented in a matte-black, laser-engraved 600 mL reusable stainless steel hip flask housed in an ultra-premium presentation box.
